HAPPY SOCKS - NO HEEL TO TURN
 Materials: 1 x ball Opal 4 or 6ply (These were knitted in Opal Crazy 1901)
1 x set of 2.5 or 2.75mm dp needles 4ply (3-3.25mm dp needles 6ply)
Cast on 60 stitches. (20 sts x 3needles) K2, P2 rib for 10 rows. Then K6, P6 rib until work measures approx 40cm, or desired length.
Beginning a new round rib (as before) 30, lst needle, rib15 2nd needle, rib15 3rd needle.
Next row rib1, K2tog rib to last 3 sts K2tog rib 1. 2nd needle. Rib 1, K2tog purl to end. 3rd needle. Rib to last 3 sts K2tog rib on.
Next and each alt row: Rib Continue last two rows until 28 sts remain (14, 7 & 7) Graft stitches from needle 1 to needles 2 & 3. End off.
The ribbing keeps the sock shape without the heel shaping.
